The exposition gives a picture of the history of electric communication in the previous century in West-Estonia and Estonia in general. Telephone apparatuses from various years, manual telephone exchanges, automatic telephone exchanges, transmitting units, apparatuses for line telegraphy, coin-operated telephones and line equipment are exposed. One can also see a collection of radios and TV-sets. A post office from the period 1920–1930 is also exposed and a special stamp is used at the post office.
A permanent exhibition on the topic of communication, prepared on the basis of the collections of the museum, is exposed at Lihula Museum.
